Through regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and rapid emergency repairs, ensure stable facility operation throughout the year.

Implement a tiered cleaning standard, conducting daily cleaning and regular disinfection and sterilization of public areas such as lobbies, corridors, and elevator cabins, along with specialized cleaning for glass curtain walls and air conditioning vents. Additionally, provide greenery maintenance services to create a tidy and pleasant business environment.
