At 11:08 a.m. local time on October 29, 2025, in Kenya, Africa, the groundbreaking ceremony for Golden Mansion – the first real estate development project of China Xiangfeng Group in Kenya – was grandly held in Nairobi. This landmark event marks that Xiangfeng Group, which has 27 years of professional experience in real estate development, officially begins to deeply cultivate the core market of East Africa and opens a new chapter in its overseas layout.
